FAQ'S

How hard will it be?

All exercises can be tailored to you, there are low and high impact options so you can pull back or push yourself as hard as you like.

What do I wear?

Exercise outfits are preferable as you will definitely be working up a sweat and stretching.  Please wear runners, or supportive shoes as we will occasionally jog and jump.

What should I bring?

You will need to bring your buggy/pram to both Dance Fitness and Buggy Ballet classes.  

Additionally Dance Fitness class attendees will need to bring a playmat or yoga mat so your baby can lay down/sit with you as you stretch, although if you prefer to keep them in their buggy that's absolutely fine too.
